Protected: Episode 14: My Secret Love Interest Revealed!

Looking Back A Few Months Ago

It is recommended but fitting to make a recap of how life has been through in the year 2011 for me! This is a question of “Am I able to fulfill my 2011 New Year’s Resolution?” or “Was I able to make my wishes come true?” or “Have I changed for the better?” Well, I certainly don’t believe in resolutions. A lot of these questions may run straight to your hypothalamus the same as I do. Just like any normal person, I would like to evaluate how my year 2011 was and if there are any areas I need to improve on or perhaps, leave behind and face new beginnings, then, let me try to be “detailed” about the events.

Unfortunately, I left my 2011 organizer so I don’t have any cheat sheets to look.  But I will try my best to refresh my memories as far as I could. I’m typing this in the middle of a cold yuletide breezy night with an unstoppable rain from the outside. Wondering how this will go. Here it is:

My Eyes Are Naked

This may not be an interesting post but I’m stuck here at home in this not so empty house. LOL…It’s Sunday and I felt bored. I just want to go out. Have dinner, drink coffee and be online just by myself but if there will be two of us, that’s better.

I went home early morning of today after our Saturday rendezvous. That is around 5:30 AM. We watched Alice in Wonderland together with some friends. First month

I found the first month of the year very enticing. LOL. Yeah, you told me to start the year with a bang! Yes, I did! Because you’re like the firecracker that keeps my days sparkling every time I see you.

I can’t forget the breaks and lunches we had together. The small chichats while munching our food. That’s the first time I realized that there’s something’s unique in you. And I felt so sorry to hear that you’re definitely allergic to flour! And that the reaction that it may cause you would even take your breath out forever. I don’t want to happen that to you (if ever, forever is ours). That means, all your birthdays are celebrated without cakes, pastas, pizzas, noodles, cookies and pastries. I can’t imagine how could I surprise you with those forbidden food on your very special day? Am thinking of a vegan party for yah! Hmmm… I will try to be your queer chef that time! Hope you don’t get poisoned! LOL! But I know how you crave for these forbidden foods. You even dared to bite a portion of a sweet pastry bar where I challenged you to eat. CBS on MagTV!

November 06, 2008- ABS-CBN CEBU’s local lifestyle Sunday show, MagTV was chasing the Cebu Bloggers Society to be part of their program’s segment about BLOGGING. Five of the members (Kevin, Rodel, Jerry, Clarence) of the group including yours truly, ahem, OQ, graciously represented in front of the camera while Erwin Lim (the host) was mesmerized on how one could earn thru blogging and how it affects the young Cebuanos and its potential to influence the consensus of the masses. Notably, Rodel confessed how he earned much while getting serious in wasting his company’s facilities! (Kidding, LOL). The interview-set transpired in Figaro Coffee Company’s (where CBS usually hang-out) canopy area in the Walk, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City. More photos here.
