Scammed by an Online Recruiter
The Job
On November 20, 2009, a certain craigslist.org job recruiter named “Prince” hired 5 to 7 successful applicants for a homebased job (virtual assistant).
The first task assigned is to do outbound calls in US for 2 campaign projects set by “Prince”. However, this is a commission-based project. Any successful sale/lead generation, the agent gets to receive his/her share of $20 as commission. This runs for a week. Time of call is 2 AM to 10 AM. No basic salary guaranteed from Prince. At this time, we are promised for a contract after a week trial of taking in calls. So far, none of us was able to make a successful sale or lead generation according to Prince.
