Raging against G-Cash
I am really disappointed when I did a mobile transaction with G-Cash not because there are hidden charges involved but their customer service doesn’t even know the basic info about it! I was put on hold several times and it is obvious that the agent who entertained me thru the phone is stuttering! I think, he is a newbie but I could still not tolerate such point!
