Daily Buzz: Ash Wednesday

It’s technically thursday morning now! And yes, I’m still awake. So I don’t feel like writing and I wanted to sleep but the Sleep fairy might be late! Hmmmm… where is it going? IDK!

Seafoods Festival

Let me start with my dinner. Since it’s Ash Wednesday, I had my take of all seafoods. From baked scallops, to sugbang bangus (milk fish), to clam soup, to seaweeds salad, to fried shrimps to calamares to a glass of coke! But unfortunately, my favorite spicy squid is not available. Still, I did enjoyed the sumptuous meal.Yeah, that made my night for dinner! Thanks to Ethy and Sinjin for the company. We had it at AA’s in Lahug, Cebu.

Daily Buzz: Out of Boredom or Freedom?

Looking back to my previous posts, I realized I failed to stick to my resolution to have my daily update on this blog. FAIL, a big FAIL for my part! Yes, I know I’m hurting but maybe it’s because the change that I wanted is not  aligned to my personal and career goals for this year! Again, this is another failure to note!  And I find myself damn crazy! LOL (ano kayang change itetch? EWAN!)

Since I caught myself in BOREDOM today! Like I mean it! And I don’t know why? So I just thought to fill this empty screen with letters and hopefully I can create a well-composed post! Of course to my own satisfaction and for your interest too! (maybe?)

Starter Soup:

I listened to an MYMP playlist in youtube! Like I’m so over gaga  hearing those little tunes of love, melody, desperation, hurt, attraction, whatever it is, etc! (nakikinig ako ng music kasi bored nga!) Good thing, someone brought me lunch! I almost forgot to eat lunch! Though I’m yet so full as I had my BRUNCH! (feeling TOTYAL!) I promise to myself to have 1 full meal a day! (Malapit na kasi ang summer! Dapat Sexy body OKA!). I am also working at the same time. And I get pissed when at the point of saving my article, the website I’m working on incidentally logged me off! (Kainis to the highest level!). I so appreciate the men whom have deeply encouraged me, made me laugh, had fun, made me cry, made me scream, influenced me, made me giggle and most importantly, LOVED me for at least a time of their life they shared it with me!

There are a number of them (I’m so bitchy) but I’m proud that they have been good people that I spent time with. There are more still (I guess, part 2?) that I want to create a video. I also featured Rihanna’s song, Unfaithful as the background music. Go figure out why I chose the song. LOL.

My Special Day

I went back home to celebrate my birthday with relatives and family. Though in those times, I never thought much about you yet till in the middle of the night, when I was asleep, my phone rang. I managed to answer the call but I hear no one. So I put it back down and thought I was just dreaming. But, I’m sure I wasn’t when my phone rang for the second time, continuously, so I hurriedly answered it while I’m in my drowsy mood. To my surprise, I heard a familiar voice but I can’t determine who. For who will be awake at 12 mid to call me?! Then I heard a voice on the line, a birthday greeting! Like I’m caught in surprise and still trying to recognize the voice and then you said your name! Wow! I felt so happy that someone remembered me to call on my special day at exactly 12 midnight! All I can say is “thank you and appreciate it”. Though we spent talking like a few minutes on the line, but you were miles away from me, like overseas! I can’t imagine why you took the effort of calling me but let me think that as a special greeting.
