SM Hypermarket: SM Master Chefs Supersized Cook-off

People from Mandaue City, Cebu is privileged that they are able to showcase their world class and delicious delicacy, the Bibingka during the holiday kick off of SM Hypermarket in their SM Master Chefs Supersized Cook-Off!

Since it’s Christmas, we, Pinoys are known to attend dawn masses and it is never complete without stopping by a stall of bibingka on our way home! And SM Hypermarket paved the way to hold a competition for the best tasting bibingka that Cebu could offer!

Soiree Beaujolais 2011 in Marco Polo Plaza

In Cebu? Looking for the best wine to savor this November? Why not go to Marco Polo Plaza for their Wine Festival! This will highlight some French culinary delights and of course wines! It’s happening on November 19, 2011.

This year’s theme is “Paris La Nuit”. The Soiree Beaujolais 2011 at Marco Polo Plaza Grand Ballroom will showcase the CanCan Girls of Le Centre des Ateliers de Danse de Figeac. They will have their special performance wearing their traditional costumes in their rendition dance ala Moulin Rouge.

Of course, to grace the gathering, you expect performances from the Queen of Jazz, Verni Varga and music of the Renaissance band. Mr. Johnny Litton, the country’s top celebrity host will be there to host the show!
