Hi Guys and avid readers,

My online buddy and friend, McBilly Wilford Sy is joining Mr. Cebu 2008! This is the first ever Male competition in CEBU. Ms. Angel Aquino will host the event on October 10, 2008 at the Waterfront Hotel and Casino.
