Apple-iPod Shuffle and Canon digital camera
Having been influenced by friends and work mates in their advocacy to photography and music, I am forced to buy my own digital camera (Canon IXUS 860IS) though I used my K810i cameraphone to take photos for my blogs. This Canon IXUS 860IS is known in North America as PowerShot SD870 IS Digital Elph. It’s an 8 Megapixel compact with a 3.8x optically-stabilised zoom lens and a large 3in screen. I might now be serious into photography. I’m a month-old food blogger and I definitely need a digicam! I was also amazed with the ZoomBrowser EX software as one of its Canon Utilities where I can customize my photos. Love it! Pls. click here for the cam’s specs.
And after barely waiting for 3 months since April of this year, I finally got my Apple-iPod Shuffle just a week ago. This is free when I bought my Compaq Presario C733TU portable. I initially took snap shots of it.
It weighs, 15.6 grams; height: 27.3 mm; width: 41.2 mm. Mine has a capacity of 1 GB that could hold to maximum of 240 songs. I’m sure my eardrums might shake out of control but the volume is adjustable anyhow. It’s Frequency response is 20Hz to 20,000Hz with an impedance of 32 ohms. One of its features is a skip-free playback and its supported audio formats are AAC (8 to 320 Kbps), Protected AAC (from iTunes Store), MP3 (8 to 320 Kbps), MP3 VBR, Audible (formats 2, 3, and 4), WAV, and AIFF. It also has a built-in rechargeable lithium polymer battery with playtime up to 12 hours when fully charged. It will take you approximately 4 hours to recharge the iPod via USB cable though your pcs.
