Can you imagine calling Globelines’s Customer Service and be put on hold for at least 30 mins? I don’t know how will you react on this but I was just so pissed off when I called them one time. Actually, been calling them a couple of times already and all I got are disappoints and dissatisfactions! The name of the agent is Mark and he never managed to get back to me for any development of the transaction he claimed he doing for me. I was left hanging on the line for more than 20 mins not sure if my request has been processed or not. I disconnected the call intentionally. Called them back and now was informed by an Agent named John that it has been processed and was advised to call them back and to monitor the reconnection within 24 hours! What a cliché on their end! Definitely, not convincing folks!
I would be better if the one below answers my call!
For the past two weeks, our internet connection and phone line got disconnected as a thought that we innocently paid our monthly bill incompletely. A lapse on our side which we took accountability of. We definitely paid whatever amounts we need to settle! I even personally waged word war with the Customer Service in their Payment center. Called Customer Service on their hotline as advised (which is always busy) and got entertained by those seemingly RUDE representatives. We just want an explanation of everything but they gave us unclear answers. And one thing I noticed, I chose the English line (quite having difficulties in TAGALOG) but surprisingly entertained by Tagalog-speaking agents! Isn’t that amazing? I thought twice if I pressed the correct queue number which I’m so certain I did! Now, I’m questioning their integrity as well as quality service. Well, they don’t have that! In total, it’s poor service and that sucks!!!
This is just my personal opinion as a subscriber of Globelines! I know lots of victims like me have their own share of complaints and dissatisfactions against them. Can they just have at least a human heart to make us feel at ease and treat us on the service that we deserve as their patrons?! That’s one of the business practices Filipinos are known for! A no good character for us to portray. This is not just my first time to backstabbed Globelines. Click here for my previous entry. That time is with their Technical representatives!
I have the chance to have the supervisor call me after my 7th times of calling their customer service hotline. I was so irate that my emotions were uncontrollable that I shouted at the the Agent. She tried to calm me but she panicked! And we set agreements on how to resolve the issue. I was just so disappointed that they are only making report logs without any realizations. Now, good thing we got the connection up and running.
If you want to know the mobile no. of the supervisor, just sent me a message here! He will sure be calling to help you in need.
Hope this would be the last time I will write it. Globelines, focus on your service not just on earning money!!! Let us feel quality service on your end! Make sure we are satisfied with what we are paying for. Don’t you know that we often experienced intermittent connections in your end. You are only good at making excuses though we know there’s no major downstreams on your part. Your subscription plans and visual commercials are not realistic. Hope you know that! Don’t worry, there are always rooms for improvement! Now, think again!!!
