Sunday Treats

One should take everyday as a special day. But it seems few people only practice it. Not even me does, no matter how I wanted to. There are always mundane days in a week. Cellphone use could disrupt sleep!

Since I’m working in a call center industry, sleep disruption is one of the controversial issues talked about today! But as a Tech Support Representative who works mostly on a night shift basis, balancing a healthy lifestyle could be a great challenge. As of now, I think I’m in control and is able to manage it. When I first started to adapt the graveyard shift lifestyle, it was so difficult. The sleeping habits and diet consciousness are sacrificed!

Heath Ledger is DEAD at 28.

I was taking-in calls when I received a forwarded email in my Outlook that the hunky Hollywood actor Heath Ledger is found dead in his New York appartment. That shocked me and caused a pause troubleshooting my customer’s wireless problem. Immediately, I opened Google and Yahoo, confirmed that the news is true. So sad to know that my Brokeback idol passed away in a tragic and untimely death and for those who don’t have email access, here’s the mail that I got:

Teardrops on my guitar

I made a self-video singing Taylor Swift’s Teardrops on my guitar. I just love the song and why not do it my own way?

Actually, this is dedicated to a friend whose “name” is basically mentioned on the lyrics. I find it funny that the message of the song is very appropriate for this person. In deed, it’s a coincidence!

Hello my cyberbloggers!!!

I hope you missed me so much. I have been thru a long hiatus since the holidays! Did I haven’t greeted everyone a Merry Chirstmas and a Happy New Year?! Oh, such a stale message. Nor I was not able to make my year-ender entry as well as my New Year’s resolution.
I caught myself spending quality time with my family as I was not able to see them for 9 months since I changed job. And the only days I could be with them was last December. I decided to take a blogging-break for my family which I think is my priority list!
