What’s Up in Bohol?

Just yesterday after we got out from work with my workmates, we took an aftershift break to devour two packs of Smokey hotdog sandwiches. It made us full that morning! After, we headed to our house for what we dubbed as “Ladies” hang out. It was my mates’ first time to be in my house.

Part of our itinerary that day is Sing-a-along a.k.a. Videoke. I own power-belting cds that made us exercise our prowess in singing! We also watched “Bring it on 2″ to reminisced our college years. Good thing, we have DSL at home and my mates just love staying at home. It’s always been an issue with our team for our much awaited Team General Assembly (GA)this coming December! So we made a research online on the hottest tourist destination we might come across with. I impulsively thought of going to Bohol ! Never been there. Comparing tour packages and getting the best deal is what stopped us in our Vocal-blowing singing.

So we consulted friends thru instant messagng (YM, skype) and text messaging, called Travel agencies, and of course reading forums. Taking advantage of our salaries this month is what makes us so excited and well, financially prepared “sort of”. Finally, we’re off to Bohol next rest days!

We got a good deal with my mate’s boyfrieds’ pal. Renting a van for Php 3.200 for the day tour might be worth it! What you think? For our touritinerary is to visit Baclayon Church (the best preserved Jesuit-built church in the region), Panglao island (sea-breeze experience), the Chocolate Hills (haycock-shaped hills that rise some 30 meters above the ground), the tarsiers (the world’s tiniest primate that can be found only in Bohol, Philippines), Loboc River (for a river cruise and lunch buffet), and everything the region could offer for us! Can’t wait for it! And since that would be next week already, my problem is what to bring for that overnight tour. Any suggestions for those Travel buffs? Note, I have only 1 week for it.

Below is a preview of what I’m expecting to see! (Click it to enlarge)

The Queer's Oracle

What’s written will be history. This mundane life of the queer has come to its epitome of metamorphosis. Each daily quest for survival is an important adventure worth to be told. The external forces also form part of the queer’s existence in the struggle to adapt to these conditions. But the inner spring of strength controls the mind, body, and soul. And now you know the secret code of the queer.
