Call Center Bloopers (compilation)

It’s been 3 months since I started working in a call center. Everyday is brand new day! Talking to customers, helping to their concerns, sometimes, bloopers can’t just get out of the way! Can’t help it but laugh to those! I already made a post with regard to this issue, 911 bloopers. And now, got something new to share! I received these thru email and would like to share to all who visit my site. Check this compilation:

1. Compaq is considering changing the command “Press
Any Key” to “Press
Return Key” because of the flood of calls asking where
the “Any” key is.

2. AST technical support had a caller complaining
that her mouse was
hard to control with the dust cover on. The cover
turned out to be the
plastic bag the mouse was packaged in.

3. Another Dell customer called to say he couldn’t get
his computer to
fax anything.
After 40 minutes of troubleshooting, the technician
discovered the man
was trying to fax a piece of paper- by holding it in
front of the monitor
screen – and hitting the, “Send” key.

‘Drivers’ Ten Commandments’

To those motorists/drivers, here’s a new guideline to follow. I guess what VATICAN is trying to imply is that, we need to value life. Taking consideration of others and be responsible in driving– not drunk while driving.

‘It warned about the effects of road rage, saying driving can bring out “primitive” behavior in motorists, including “impoliteness, rude gestures, cursing, blasphemy, loss of sense of responsibility or deliberate infringement of the highway code.”

Things You must have learned in MOVIES

I’m back after a very stressful work in a call center. U know with all the metrics that you need to meet. The night-to-day parties after work and day-off! Whew! And thanks God, was able to be online and share this dose of what I’ve noticed while years of watching movies. Here’s the list:

1. Large, loft-style apartments in
New York City are well within the price
range of most people — whether they are
employed or not.

2. At least one of a pair of
identical twins is born evil.

3. Should you decide to defuse a
bomb, don’t worry which wire to cut. You
will always choose the right one.
