I hate Globelines Broadband Poor Service!!!
Arrrgggg! Globelines s^cks! This ISP of mine is too disappointing! I usually get disconnected in the middle of my best-surfing time! And it really messed me up! And I’m mad! I have observed that between 8 to 10 pm (my usual navigating time), my connection just keeps on fooling up! I have checked my LAN icon as well as all means of possible connections, my speed router, modem, cable, etc., and it’s functioning! The problem is really with Globelines!
I hate to call them thru phone for assistance as the line keeps on beeping and I have to wait for hours to be entertained! And guess what? I never get the chance to talk to any Tech Support Representative yet! And they can’t just have their service worth for the monthly bill! The line yields “Please wait while our Tech Support Representatives are engaged at the momentâ€. Imagine, hearing this for an hour! I think they better off hire more Tech Supps! Or they just don’t have an existing service as this! I doubt!

You’re not alone my friend. I also had problems with Globelines broadband, my connection was dead for 5 days! I even lost my job because of the service disruption.
It’s time to switch ISPs I reckon.

I have plans to switch to another ISP in our area but we only have Globelines and the local competitor of it is much even worst! We do not have PLDT MyDSL here.
So, got really no choice! Hope Globelines could now take this serious problem! What thet say on tv and print adds is definitely absurd!
Someone should complain to the National Telecommuncations Commission about this Globelines broadband mockery service.
Just have the time to share my grief again! Yesterday,April 11, I really have no connection at all with globelines from 4 to 11:30 pm! That’s the worst thing I’ve ever experienced that day! When I called their hotline, all I’ve heard is “sorry for the inconvenience” Whattahell! ):

aws globelines is already getting into deep shit… same as here same problem with yours…
hope globelines can excert more effort on fixing this problem… when i call the tech support i hate to talk with them same question of mine with thesame answer with globelines..sory ,,, wait for further notice.. no advice from globe,,, turn off your modem and power it up,,, check yuor connections……. waaaaaaaaaa ano bayna taga globe wala nba talaga kayong mgawa sa poblema nyo and beside i always complening about the bill adjustment… waaa wala naman bill adjustment na nangyayari… sabi nila automatic adjust sa billing statement kung may problema ang globe DSL,, pero i think i was very tagal na ng problema ang DSL ng globe pero walang adjustment shit tlaga,,,, iam paying globelines with no good return …..
Actaully, when I’m replying to you. Still encountering this damn problem! Got not choice kc pareho lang namang ang MydslPLDT! I know those basic troubleshooting steps kc I work in a call center as well! And grrr.. they don’t know other troubleshooting steps than power cycle!!!
